Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility
Only unused, unopened products in original packaging are eligible for returns—unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Defect or Damage
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

3. Change of Mind
